We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved pet. We know how hard it is to say goodbye and have created this special engraved plaque as a remembrance of your friend The plaque incorporates our original design (Forever in My Heart), your dog's specific breed, your pet's name and picture. We also have 5x7 and 8x10 designs in our store.
We have created graphics for > 30 breeds of dogs. Please select your dog's breed, chose from 11 different types of wood for the design inset and pick the color of your wood frame.

If you do not have a specific breed of dog or you do not select one, we will use one of our General Dog graphics. You can also contact us and we can create additional breeds for you.

The wood picture has a heart cut-out for your dog's picture and a place to input your dog's name.
These are natural wood products, so each piece will have variations in colors and wood grain patterns.
We will combine your choices and engrave your very own, customized wood picture.
We will then apply 2 coats of sealer to protect and preserve your picture and allow time for it to dry. This will take up to two weeks to prepare and ship to you.
