We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved pet. We have created a special plaque to help you remember your wonderful friend. This is a customized dog plaque that incorporates our original design (Forever in My Heart), your dog's specific breed, your pet's name and picture. This is the 5x7 version - we also have an 8x10 version. See our other sizes and designs in our web store.
We have created graphics for > 30 breeds of dogs. You get to pick your dog's breed, chose from 11 different types of wood for the design inset and pick the color of your wood frame.

If you do not have a specific breed of dog (mixed) or you do not select one, we will use one of our General Dog graphics. If you don't see your dog's breed, please contact us and we will work with you to add it to our stock.
The wood pictures have a cut-out for your dog's picture and a place to input your dog's name. Our engraved insets come in a variety of wood types and colors - each is unique and will have individual markings.

We will combine your choices and engrave your very own, customized wood picture.
We will then apply 2 coats of sealer to protect and preserve your picture and allow time for it to dry. This will take up to two weeks to prepare and ship to you.
This unique plaque will allow you to keep a small memento of your special family member with you always.
