We are so sorry for the loss of your beloved pet. We have created a special plaque to help you remember your wonderful friend. This is a customized cat plaque that incorporates our original design (Forever in My Heart), your cat's characteristics, your pet's name and picture. This is the 8x10 version - we also have a 5x7 version. See our other sizes and designs in our web store.
We have created 5 cat designs for you to choose from and 11 different types of wood for the design inset. You can then choose the color of your wood frame.
The list of cat designs is:
Black & White
Siamese
Tabby (Eyes open or eyes closed)
Tuxedo (Black with white feet and chest)
White
If you have a different cat type or design you would like us to create for your plaque, we will work with you to fulfill your request.
The wood pictures have a cut-out for your cat's picture and a place to input your cat's name. Our engraved insets come in a variety of wood types and colors - each is unique and will have individual grain details.

We will combine your choices and engrave your very own, customized wood picture.
We will then apply 2 coats of sealer to protect and preserve your picture and allow time for it to dry. This will take up to two weeks to prepare and ship to you.
This unique plaque will allow you to keep a small memento of your special family member with you always.
